Product-style summary (English)

In a world where magic defines social hierarchy, Kinato lives a quiet life as a rural chiropractor. His peaceful days are shattered when he is enslaved, only for him to reveal the lethal potential of his 'chiropractic magic'—a skill capable of dismantling human bodies from within. After effortlessly orchestrating his escape, he is recruited by the mercenary Jien to travel to the capital. There, Kinato discovers that the heart of the kingdom is a treacherous playground where elite mages trade in corruption and blood, forcing him to adapt his healing touch into a tool for absolute destruction.

⚠️ Spoilers ahead.

Kinato’s magic is terrifyingly precise; he forces joints and muscles into 'perfect' alignment, which, when applied to enemies, results in instant incapacitation or death. He dismantles slave traders by snapping bones into submissive positions before they can even draw their weapons. Jien, witnessing this, recruits him not for his healing, but for his ability to forcibly rewire an opponent's magical circulation system through skeletal manipulation. Upon arriving in the capital, they are tasked with investigating the dangerous 'mana corruption' festering within the guild. Kinato finds himself performing brutal 'adjustments' on powerful corrupt figures, framing his violence as medical necessity. However, his actions inadvertently incite a cult that views his manipulation of human flesh as a divine miracle. As he peels back the layers of the kingdom's rot, he realizes that the city itself is suffering from a structural imbalance that only his hands can correct, regardless of how much blood he must spill to set it straight.
